The process to manufacture the Pavers is a continuous and automatic process starting from manufacture of concrete to production of Pavers by the Vibro-impact process. The wearing layer is simultaneously created using a facemix device which creates this uniform and tough layer of 6 mm thickness.
The size, shape and strength of each Paver is uniform. These are available in the thickness of 60 mm & 80 mm.
