Red Chilli Sauce Form : Paste

The Red Chilli is made from the dried, ripe and mature fruit of the plant Capsicum Annum. Red Chilli is red to red-orange in color with biting hot flavor and a pungent aroma. The pungency level of the crushed or ground Red Chilli can be varied by selecting and blending, depending on the customer requirement or specification. Custom made blends catering to specific heat (measured in Scoville Heat Units) and color (measured in ASTA Units) requirements are available. Sterilization can be done if required.
