Trafficmon-rlvd is the best in class video based red light violation detection system comprising of overview camera. Rlvd camera acts as a trigger for overview camera to capture entire violation scenario in case a violation is detected. This camera field of view (fov) is pedestrian crossing beyond the stop line. The system gets activated if the presence of vehicle is detected in this zone while the traffic light is red. It does not require lane disciplined traffic for violation detection.
