Reducing Dies

Reducing Dies are high precision dies made for producing high efficiency products of intricate shapes under the conditions of low temperature and very high speed. These dies of different shapes and dimensions are produced for making specific products of multiple uses such as drilling, grinding and milling by the process of forging and general machining. There are other processes like upsetting and extruding just like forging after which the machining processes like trimming and or piercing is carried out. Generally jacket reducing dies and bullet reducing dies are manufactured for various industrial uses.
