We supply pure refined sunflower oil. Produced according to good manufacturing practice and complying with all regulations and requirements. Appearance: clear and bright. Free from any moisture or suspended solids.
Odour and flavour: odourless and bland. Free from rancid and foreign odours and flavours. Free-fatty acid: 0.1% max. As oleic. Peroxide value: 1 max. (meqkg) colour: max. 2 red (on 5 â¼" lovibond cell) moisture: 0.1% max. Iodine value: 120 - 143 saponification value: 189 - 192 unsaponification: 2.5 max. Refractive index: 1.472 - 1.474 at 20â°c specific gravity: 0.916 - 0.923 at 20â°c additives: citric acid bp may be added as a processing aid, to a maximum of 50mgkg. Free from other additives. Smoke point: 230â°c min. 10â°c flash point: 330â°c min. 10â°cower).
