procedure
1. buyer issues letter of intent (loi)
2. seller's mandate issues draft contract to the buyer
3. buyer approves draft contract by filling in all their particulars and sending it back to the seller's mandate by e-mail.
4. hard copies of the contract are issued and exchanged between the two principals.
