The eccentrically placed high energy agitator rotates in counter clockwise direction within the clockwise rotating pan. In addition, the inclined arrangement 30 degree pan , mixing pan tumbles the material & ensures vertical mixing . A material deflector plate prevents material sticking to pan wall scaper from top to bottom  & deflects it into high speed rotor.
