Burndy® remote powered crimping tools are available to crimp 14 AWG through 1000 MCM. These tools are designed to crimp large terminals and lugs onto flexible copper cables. UL listed remote powered crimping tools are also available online. They have C-shaped heads that come with and without a molded rubber covering for protection. Most crimping tools have comfortable grips, emergency release and a heavy duty steel frame.
