Reprocessed Pbt Granules

Reprocessed PBT (Polybutyl Tetra Phathalate) are high-performance engineering plastics that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. As a result, PBT are well suited for many applications in automotive, electrical & electronic, appliance industries.

PBT I has excellent mechanical properties, exhibiting high strength and stiffness, it also has excellent dielectric strength and also remarkable resistance to a variety of chemicals. PBT has excellent color stability at high temperatures under continuous use it also displays good resistance to wear loss and has low frictional coefficients

Reprocessed PBT can be easily processed in temperatures range of 235°C – 260°C. Molds may need heating to ensure better surface finish for PBT. It is necessary to remove moisture from Reprocessed PBT prior to molding to avoid degradation of the material.
