Reprocessed PVC Granules, Packaging Type : Bag

We are importing and manufacturing some grades of PVC Reprocessed granules in pure pellet form. Basically, our reprocessed granules are made from the first source of scrap materials. Scrap materials and some grades are directly imported from Vietnam and Indonesia to our Gujarat tie up factory. 

There are several benefits while using our reprocessed granules,

1. All PVC Resin prices have gone up due to continuous inflation of petroleum price. So, in order to reduce the price of compound you can add our Reprocessed granules 5 to 20% along with the PVC resin. Based on flow, color, and other quality performance we can increase or decrease the percentage and we can save the cost.

2.Quality – Scraps are grinded and processed thru PVC Pelletizer and this fine pellets/granule helps for better flow, consistent quality, maintain or reduce the weight because of its original PVC sourced scrap.

3.Sustainability – By using PVC Reprocessed granules helps to reduce the amount of waste in landfills and oceans. By recycling PVC materials, we reduce the need for more Pvc resin in production, which in turn reduces the carbon footprint.

We are supplying to many PVC Industries like Pipe/Tank manufacturing companies, Footwear industry and PVC Mats. Recently these PVC Reprocessed granules consumptions have increased in PVC Sandals/PVC School shoes.
