The die is much slower than the flat die but maintains far better run out and excellent thread quality. Cylindrical Thread Rolling dies are exported by us to various countries as per the Industry standards.

The main advantage of thread rolling is the stronger surface and dimensional accuracy of the product. Cylindrical dies used in screw machines and automatic lathes are commonly referred to as thread rolls. We also offer special material hardening, heat treatment processes, and also special coating if required.

NOTE: Available in standard as well as non-standard sizes as per requirement.
