Flocculation (Retention Aid - Coagulation Aid ) System :

Our polyelectrolyte systems known as "POLYMAT" are specially designed for automatic preparation of polymer solutions either from powder polymers or liquid polymer concentrate as per required gpl or % concentration. The central function, which is to dissolve powder polymers in proportionate to process requirement, makes the plant ideally suited to a variety of technical processing applications, e.g. in Paper Industry, Beverages, Textiles, Cement, Food processing , Water treatment industry etc. It may be used for nearly all available commercial powder polymers and liquid concentrates. Controlled by the in built Process Controller Program, concentrations may be preprogrammed within a range of 0.01% to 2.0% (0.1 gpl to 20 gpl). Different versions of POLYMAT units are available which can be used with either Powder Polymer or Liquid Polymers or Both. The MOC of tanks can be of SS 304 / SS 316 / HDPE / MS / FRP / PP etc based on client requirement. Depending upon application requirement and client specifications, the Polymat system may consist of following :
