Revolution™ cold plates utilize the complex machining and joining processes of Niagara Thermal in combination with Wolverine’s Micro Deformation Technology (MDT)
The MDT patented process mechanically and plastically deforms the work piece to form finite and repeatable high tolerance micro channels with varying depths, orientation, spacing and angularity
