Rewinder

An AC Vector drive powers the rewind stand for accurate roll speed. A twin roll dancer will control web tension in the rewind stand.
The unwind is linked to the press via RG encoder and a central controller for high speed, accurate web tension control.
A digital readout counter gives the operator the following recordable data:
Totalizer (total daily output)
Footage count
An Air Actuated Nip Roll is standard on the rewind stand to eliminate air trapped in the rewound roll and ensure tightly wound rolls.
A spiral grooved spreading roll will be incorporated to aid in rewinding substrates. B
