c. Bobbin to Bobbin Rewinder

To rewind Core or Wire from 500/630/800 mm Bobbin to 500/630/800 mm DIN Standard bobbins.

• Box type Pay off with pneumatic/mechanical braking arrangement
• Counter Meter
• Box type Take Up with pneumatic brake and pneumatic pintles
• Operating Panel with AC VFD

d. Heavy Cable Rewinder
To rewind Cable or Conductor from 1600 mm to 3200mm DIN Standard Drums to 1600 mm to 3200mm DIN Standard Drums.

Line consists of:
• Portal / Column type Pay off 1600mm/2000mm/2600mm/3000mm/3200mm with mechanical bend brake type tensioning arrangement.
• Guide Roller Stand
• Counter Meter
• Portal / Column type Take Up 1600mm/2000mm/2600mm/3000mm/3200mm with AC Motor and suitable reduction gear box.
• Operating Panel with AC VFD
• Optional- CaterPillar: Flat endless belt type CaterPillar driven by suitable AC Motor and Reduction Gear Box.
