Established in 1992 – Elkay International Inc. in the US and Elkay Electromech in India (formerly known as Aarjay International Pvt Ltd.) together, have entered into strategic partnership with global manufacturers of electronic and electromechanical components, for applications in India. Over the years, Aarjay International has been growing in its operations and has decided to operate that portion of the business dedicated to promoting products and services of Elkay International, and through it the principals, under the style and name of Elkay Electromech India Pvt Ltd. The Test & Measurement business unit continues to operate under the name of Aarjay International Pvt. Ltd.
Elkay is one of the leading sources for components in Electromechanical Systems, Frequency Control Products, Navigational Systems, RF & Microwave & Surveillance Systems. Spreading its marketing arm far and wide, the group services powerful market segments in India, like Military & Space Electronics, Avionics, Aerospace, Telecommunications and Automotive.
Over the years, Elkay has expanded globally, with its European base in the Netherlands, to handle its European principals. It has also set up operations in Singapore to handle its Far Eastern principals. The marketing arm of Elkay International, which in now Elkay Electromech India Pvt Ltd., has offices in strategic business locations across India such as Bangalore, Chennai, New Delhi and Hyderabad.
