Rheostats

SPECIFICATIONS:

 RHEOSTAT COMES IN DIFFERENT RANGES:

 10, 20, 30, 50, 100 etc.

·         Nichrome type, Bell terminal Continuous Constantine type.

·         Rheostat are used as series resistors or potentiometers. Open type slide wire type with a variety of resistance and current carrying capacity. Constantine wire is used as resistance. 

·         Three 4mm standard terminals are provided. One at each end of the wire and the third at one end of the slider-rod thus the Rheostat can be used as potentiometer also. 

·         Resistance in ohms and current carrying capacities are marked on it. The end support are made of Bakelite.
