Ribbon Blander

We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, which helps us providing our clients with Ribbon Blanders. All these have ‘U‘ shape trough, shaft and hub system, in horizontal axis incorporating agitator. This agitator includes outer and inner spiral ribbons that are supported on arms, which are running throughout length of blender. Further, this excellent ribbon arrangement assures radial and axial mixing action by covering full volume. The ribbon arrangement also efficiently discharge the material by pushing out from the trough. To provide excellent balance of each movement of material, the inner and outer ribbon push material in opposite direction of each other.
