Heavy-Duty Horizontal Blender/Mixer
The heavy-duty horizontal blender/mixer is well designed and simple in operation. It is used in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Food/Confectionary Industries to mix two pulverized powders thoroughly and homogeneously.
The machine’s uniqueness lies in its Ribbon-type Blades with C.I. Spiders. The gap between the ribbon’s outer edge and the internal wall of the container ranges from 3 to 6 mm depending on the application.
The ribbon spiral agitator is powered by a drive system comprised of a motor, gearbox, and couplings.
The Blender is fabricated from M.S. or S.S. material as per the requirement. The outer case and the mixing blade are manufactured from M.S. or S.S. material according to the need. The side plate and the supporting stand are of M.S. material.
