Product Details

Our rice cone polisher consists of an iron cylinder fitted with ready made silicon carbide abrasive cones. The cone fixed on a vertical shaft rotates either clockwise or anticlockwise. Wire screen comprising a mesh dependent on the variety of the paddy to be hulled, is fixed around the entire cone. At regular intervals the wire screen is divided into segments by adjustable rubber brakes. The polishing is achieved due to friction developed between silicon carbide wheels and vertical rubber breaks.
