    A: Yes, we could do OEM and ODM according to client's requirement. We have own graphic designer and 3D product designer. We usually use igs, stp, solidword format.
3. Q: What should I do if I want to add my logo on your product?
    A: You need to send us your artwork in high resolution. Our graphic designer will make a dummyvisual for you, you just need to approve the final dummyvisual.
4. Q: What is your delivery time?
    A: It depends on different products, quantity and detailed requirements. Usually the lead time is 20 days~ 25 days. If you have specific delivery date required, please contact our sales and we will try our best to meet it.
5. Q: How does your company control the quality?
    A: We have online QC during production in factory. Our QC from office will also conduct middle and final inspection for every shipment according to AQL requirement, so that we could ensure all the products meet the quality requirements as well as your specific request.
6. Q: What is your payment terms?
    A: Our payment terms is TT, LC, Western Union and Paypal. We also provide credit sales through Onetouch.
