Ripened Chikoo

We hold expertise in manufacturing and supplying Ripened Chikoo. We are offering raw and organic Ripened Chikoo (Sapota). Chikoo is picked raw, and ripened in special rooms upon arrival. These rooms are air-tight and filled with ethylene gas to induce ripening. The vivid color normally associated with supermarket, is in fact a side effect of the artificial ripening process. Flavor and texture are also affected by ripening temperature. This complete process is installed at our premises. Ripened Chikoo, available with us, has an exceptionally sweet and malty flavor.
