Less consumption of chemicals [recommended 30gm/l]

• Thoroughly check tanks, micron filter, [change if necessary] hose and piping
• Fill up ro product water in the tank
• Dissolve ffc ds3 30gm/l of water to the tank capacity
• Maintain temperature [if necessary heat the chemical] as recommended by the membrane manufacturer
• Circulate the cleaning solution under low pressure through the membrane in the feed direction for one hour or flow rate as recommended by the membrane manufacturer
• If heavy fouling occurs do not recalculate the cleaning solution for more cycles discard the entire chemical to prevent from deposition of solids in the membrane
