Automatic Road Blocks are designed to restrict and stop forceful entries if vehicles at defense installations and other security sensitive sites. Each Spike Road Block unit is equipped with maintenance free electromechanical drive system and microprocessor based control panel, capable of receiving input signal from variety of devices such as push button, remote control, optical beam sensors and magnetic card readers etc.
For added safety and security Spike Road Block can be interlocked with Automatic Barrier to work in unison with single activation device and control panel. Thus, Spikes will automatically go down when the barrier is open and come up when the barrier is closed.
