This company was founded in 1971 under the leadership of Shiri. Narendra Kapani who had a wide experienced in dealing in Bitumen and has been closely associated with Oil companies.

The Company is engaged in manufacture of Bitumen Emulsion and also Blown Bitumen for last 15 years. Apart from production the Company takes up the civil engineering jobs such as road construction and mastic asphalt application of various natures.
