Road Marking Paints

High build polymer based paint for road marking.

SPECIFICATION : Perma Road Marking Paint is a water based coating for marking on roads and concrete floors. The product is based on high performance polymers specially developed to stand heavy traffic and adhesion to most flooring substrates. The product is available in yellow, black and white colours.

PRIMARY USES : Perma Road Marking Paint is designed for marking on the bituminous asphalt roads, concrete floors, concrete sports surfaces and pavers. The product is suitable for marking in vehicle parking lots, garages, workshops, factory floors etc.

ADVANTAGES

• Perma Road Marking Paint is water based hence easy to apply.

• Road marking of small areas is convenient as obtaining thermoplastic coating equipment is not feasible on small jobs.

• Perma Road Marking Paint does not need any primer. It can be applied straight from the can itself.

• Applied areas can be easily recoated after ageing of the first coated layer.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE : Clean the surface to be marked by washing and blowing compressed air. Apply masking tape around the areas to be marked. Apply two coats of Perma Road Marking Paint in liberal coats, the second coat being applied just when the first coat dries. Remove the masking tape when the second coat dries.

PACKING : Perma Road Marking Paint is available in 1Kg, 10Kg and 20Kg Packs.

SHELF LIFE : Perma Road Marking Paint has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
