Roasting is done in the roaster at a temperature of 60º to 70º C. This is done to ensure smooth blanching of kernels and then they are blanched and split using different latest technology machinery at our own processing plants. Blanching means removal of outer red skin from peanuts with mild pressure.
Exceptionally demanded in the market for its delicious taste, this peanut is widely used in preparing delicious dishes and sweets. It is used to enhance the taste of the recipe. We also take utmost care of its packaging and transportation to ensure that these are free from any impurities.
