Robusta is heartier, has more caffeine, and is used to provide strength and "crema" in espresso blends.
Washed Robusta (Robusta Parchment): Wet-processed for a cleaner, less harsh Robusta taste.
Kaapi Royale (Specialty): The highest grade of washed Robusta (Screen 17+). It is defect-free, bold, and has chocolate-forward notes without typical Robusta bitterness.
Parchment AA / A / AB: Standard grades used for body and structural strength in blends.
Natural Robusta (Robusta Cherry): Sun-dried with the fruit, offering a bold, intense, and earthy flavor.
Cherry AA: Large beans with a strong crema and bold, nutty undertones.
Cherry A / AB: Standard commercial grades with balanced bitterness and chocolate notes.
