Chromoly 4130 is the best material for construction of roll cage of racing cars and vehicles. The Rally racing teams and the international BAJA and FSAE teams commonly use the chrome-moly material for construction of roll cage. It has a greater strength than the normal Mild steel by 33% and it has weight reduction factor of 35% when equalled to mild steel.
