Application:
Roller Crusher is mainly used in the middle and fining crushing of these medium hardness materials such as limestone ,cinder ,coke and coal .And it is mainly used in cement ,chemical ,electronic ,metallurgy ,construction ,fireproofing etc industries.
Working Principles:
Driven by the two electro motors, the Roll Crusher is on operation through the moving triangle belt . The roller gear moves and spins on the opposite direction. Through the feeding mouth, the materials can be crushed by the roller gear .The end products then can be discharged from the under bed.
Characteristics :
a. Large feeding granularity .The discharge granularity can be adjustable automatically .And it can crush all materials which anti pressure is less than 160 MPa.
b. Even granularity ,low production cost .
