We are offering roll to roll screen printer. Suitable for a variety of flexible substrates such as petito, pc, spacer, flexible opto-electronics, flexible display, flexible solar cell, rfid, etc.
Procedure:
unwind
edge positioning control (epc)
screen printing
dryer (optional uv, ir, hot air)
rewind.
Controlled by tune bar to prevent the substrate from scratches.
Machine features:

unwind and rewind system:
driven by servo motor to ensure rewinding unwinding moving process and tension control.
Loading unloading of the film is integrated with epc for positioning reassurance.
Screen printing:
the pressure of squeegee and flood coater is servo motor controlled.
The pressure can be easily adjusted from the touch panel.
