As metal removal rates on machine tools continue to increase, the removal of swarf becomes a significant consideration. To meet these increasing demands we continue to be at the forefront of swarf removal by offering a comprehensive range of swarf conveyors to suit most applications.
Machine design should be such that all swarf and coolant flow can be easily directed without obstruction into the swarf conveyor and sufficient space be allowed for a conveyor case that is compatible with the machine performance (recommended case sizes are listed for various types).
