Roller

Throughing idlers. generally used for conveying bulk materials. are available with side rollers inclined at 20° and 30°. Idlers with 45° or other troughing angles can also be supplied in special cases. 
Flat belt impact idlers protect the belt by absorbing impacts at transfer points.

Flat belt training idlers automatically train the belt and protect the belt edges from damage caused by misalignment. Available in the positive action type for belt operating in one direction.

Trough belt training idlers, also popularly known as self-aligning troughing idlers, automatically train the belt and protect belt edges from damage caused by misalignment. The standard types are available with 20° and 30' troughing

Troughed belt rubber cushion idlers which are also known as impact at loading point. They include 200 and 300 trough. However, idlers wiht 450 or other troughing angles can also be supplied.

Return belt idlers are used for supporting the return run of the belt. The standard type includes single roller with end brackets. However, inclined two·rol1er type is also available for specific application.

Return belt rubber tread idlers are used when wet or sticky materials tend to cling to the belt where corrosion resistance is required or where chemical action to iron or steel is involved. 
Roller Body 
The shell is made of precision smooth surface "ERW" steel tube as per IS: 9295. 
Roller Ends 
Bearing Housing made of pressed steel sheet with calibrated bearing seat, are welded with te periphery of the steel tube. for maximum strengths. 
Spindle 
Spindless are made from M.S. bright bars and are precision ground at bearing and seal seating areas. 
Bearing 
Precision single-raw deep grove ball bearings with C3 clearance are provided. Distance between bearing and point of support at the shaft is very short and thus ensure higher load carrying capacity and longer service life. 
Sealing 
The double multi labyrinth seal ensures optimum protection against the entry of dust and dirt in to the bearing. 
Inner Seal , Dust Cover , Rain Cap 
Lubrication
Hi-lithium base grease is filled in measured quantities in bearing and seals and rollers are sealed for life.

Adjustability
Idler rollers are manufactured as per IS 8598 for Belt width as per IS 4776 as well as to suit existing conveyor frame by providing adapter.

Economy
Extremely light weight construction ensures less torque, imparting longer life to belt, motors, pulleys and driving arrangements. Extremely low friction factor ensures very low.
