Industrial Rollers

We offer complete new machine rollers or repair and recover of your worn out rollers. Our in house machine shop can make or repair your roller cores, and then recover with our covers in various hardnesses. Rollers can be covered in any of our polyurethanes, silicones, and a variety of rubbers. Rubber options include: natural gum, EPDM, hypalon, ebonite, Buna nitrile and neoprene. Roller surfaces can be made straight, tapered, grooved, vacuum feed, step ground, polished or threaded finishes. We can handle rollers from ½” to 18” diameter, up to 6’ length.
