ROPP Capping Machine

Harsiddh Bottle Screw / ROPP capping machine is widely acknowledged by pharmaceutical firms as having excellent features, functionality and high output ranging from 90 -250 bottles per minute. Our machines are recognized due to their low power utilization, compactness and safety features.

The device has advanced automatic control using sensors and feedback mechanisms. It detects no bottle, no cap in chute and other anomalies in order to stop the machine. The equipment is installed with safety devices that stop the machine in case of bottle overturn, jamming or overload. It uses a single motor that moves the conveyor, star wheel and the platform turret in tandem. It also has inbuilt counter that records the number of production rates. Our machines have CE certification.

Bottle Screw / ROPP capping machine is specially designed such that parts in contact with the atmosphere and those touching the aluminum cap are manufactured from stainless steel. It incorporates a vibrating bowl and contact parts are made to cGMP standards. The external cabinet of the machine is manufactured from high quality aluminum. Our machine is designed for variability and can be used to cap various bottle sizes that range from 24 mm to 90mm diameter and 50mm to 250mm height.
