Rotary Airlock

The Rotary Airlock HS Series meters product out of a hopper while isolating the air pressures on either inlet or outlet of the airlock. A typical applicaton for an airlock is to meter product into a convey line. Our standard rotary airlockfeeder offers 8 different sizes from the HS-77 to the HS-2218 and 6 standard types of construction all of which are equipped with outboard bearings and seals.
Type A
Cast iron housing and end plates with carbon steel, open end, rotor
Type B
Cast iron housing and end plates with carbon steel, open end, rotor, chrome plated housing, end plates and adjustable, hardened tool steel, rotor tips
Type C
Cast iron housing and end plates with 304 stainless steel, open end, rotor and chrome plated housing and end plates
Type D
Cast iron housing and end plates with carbon steel, closed end, rotor, chrome plated housing, end plates and adjustable, hardened tool steel, rotor tips
Type F
Cast 316 stainless housing and end plates with 304 stainless steel, open end, rotor (only available in 910 or 1214)
