ROTARY ATOMIZERS WITH DIRECT ELECTROSTATIC CHARGING

The rotary atomizers with direct electrostatic charging can be used for all paint materials (1K, 2K).
Utilizing flexible bell diskshaping air ring systems, the atomizer can be used with solventborne paints for interior painting, exterior painting and plastic parts painting as well as in mixed use zones for interior and exterior applications.
Using tried and tested bell diskshaping air ring technology, highest quality levels in terms of coat thickness regularity color and paint flow values are achieved with a minimal material usage
With the DÜRR color change technology, paint loss during color changes and use of flushing solvent are minimized
In 2K applications, the relevant valve blocks and mixers are integrated into the atomizer
