Rotary Barrel Type Airless Blasting Machine

These machines are effective for small production purposes. The barrel is usually in the order of 40 inches (1016mm)* 60 inches (1524mm). The machine is ideally suited for foundries. Sufficient height is obtained to feed the abrasive through an air wash separator system. The volume of air for ventilation of the barrel and separator is adjusted by means of blast gates and the volume of sand and contaminants in the abrasive is kept to a minimum.
