一， working principle
the raw material is feeding into cylinder dryer by the spiral feeder with stepless frequency control. Meanwhile, the ordinary temperature air through the primary filter, and make the heating to working temperature by heating device, through the feeding cover inlet hyg rotary cylinder dryer. The main machine is a little tilt cylinder. The material flowing to the discharging hole on the spiral shoveling plate and mixing shoveling plate. After make the heating with a certain time, 90% material meet the quality requirement will be discharged from rotary dryer’s discharging hole and packing. The rest 10% fine material will be collected by the hot air and dust collector. The end gas which meet the environmental protection will be released by the induced draft fan. Finish the drying process.
the complete system is working under the minute negative pressure, avoid the dust powder leak. The system with high heating efficiency, with good working environment.
