The filler consist the vibration free platform for smooth trouble free operation for long hours. Our machines are highly accurate with filling precision of +/- 1 to 2% depending on powder at controlled humidity below 30% Rh and contain auto infeed and exit through star wheel system. The system is equipped with auto machine on/off system. The unit bears the bottle height up to 100mm and diameter up to 85mm for rectangular or square bottles. The machine throughput is 80 Bottles per minute depending on Bottle Size, Bottle Neck Diameter, Type of Powder and Fill Volume. Our dry syrup powder fillers are highly efficient and CE certified.
