Yjtx series rotary joint is designed with the mechanical sealing of the latest single-spring compensation mechanism (multi-spring compensation mechanism can be designed according to the operation conditions of customers). It is highly recognized in rubber, plastics, leather, textile and coating industries.
1� the shell is made of precision cast steel with attractive and smooth appearance
2� two high-precision bearings are used to support the entire shell for a good axiality, which enables to run stably at a relatively high speed in a long time.
3� it is designed with the mechanical sealing of the latest single-spring compensation mechanism. Static and dynamic sealing rings adopt sic hard alloy for a good effect of sealing and abrasion resistance.
4� disassembled-type shell makes it possible to replace the internal sealing parts while not shutting down the machine. It is easy to check and maintain and minimizes the economic loss cased by non-operation of the machine.
5� the shell body is designed with oil nipple to fill lubricating grease in the bearings regularly. One or more scupper is designed. Maintenance measures can be taken in due time in case of leakage to prevent the medium from flowing inside and to protect the bearings;
