Rotary Moulder

his machine is used in the Biscuit Industries as pre-baking equipments. Features : Applicable for soft dough biscuits such as glucose, coconut, milkbikkis, butter bite etc. Matured dough (Lump / Pellets) are fed into the hopper for conversion into individual biscuits with the help of forcing roller and the designed die roller with cavity embedded. Rubberized pressure roller releases-out biscuit from the cavities by tangential force on to a conveyor which transfer biscuit on to the oven band for baking. Control panel (PLC / VFD) is provided for machine operation.
