The equipment is a eight-sided and rotary molding machine, it is suitable for the customers who have the mass production of 70000 pieces per day, such as egg tray, fruit tray and bottle tray.

1. Pulping system

2. Molding system
molding equipment total has eight molding templates, one transfer template, every molding template can be loaded four thirty-egg tray mold, total thirty-two sets. Molding efficiency is 13-15 cyclemin, with vacuum automatic drainage system, mold cleaning equipment and automatic heating system
3. Drying system: traditional drying room
overall dimension: 40*3.1*1.3m, one layer conveyor, separated three heating sections, every section has single fan, it can control independently.
Construction materials: standard red brick 25000 pieces; concrete plate 0.5*2m, 180 pieces; cement 5-10 t; firebrick, 1000 pieces.
Main energy: domestic, coaldry sticks; abroad, lpggascoaldiesel, it can be choose naturally drying in little rain area.
4. Sack and bale system after drying
automatic counting after drying, height limit pressor, easy to stock and transport.
5. Auxiliary equipment
vacuum pump: 26kw, one set; air compressor: 7.5kw, one set; air storage tank
