Rotary Press

We bring forth well designed Rotary Press for the customers. The Rotary Press is manufactured from high-grade components. The Rotary Press is a fully Automatic Rotary type machine with two stations, auto vibration & ejection for each station. Maximum compression capacity of Rotary Press is approximately 120 tons complete with electrical panel, hydraulic power pack and required accessories. Rotary Press is suitable for manufacturing of heavy-duty tiles and interlock paving blocks with maximum block thickness of 80 mm.

• Pillar type construction with upper & lower body of steel casting, M.S. fabricated drum machined to achieve accurate geometrical accuracy

• Power pack with 10 H.P.1440 - 1500 RPM electric motor (ISI make)
• 200 bar working pressure of system
• App.oil capacity of tank is 200 litters complete with Pressure gauge, Gauge Isolation valve
• Air breather, oil level indicator and require solenoid operated D.C. valve etc

• 1 HP three phase 2800 rpm electric motors for each station

• Main pressing cylinder of 120 tons pressing capacity

• Pair of 2 Pneumatic cylinders for ejection system & 1 Pneumatic cylinder for drum locking
• Complete with required pneumatic valves & FRL unit. (without Air Compressor)

• Electric Panel with Advance PLC (Process logical Controller) & VFD (Variable frequency Drive) Telemechaniq France make is used for better performance of the machine
