Parts components are arranged on a fixture or directly loaded in a basket. After the lid closes the basket revolves while pressure jets from all directions are imparted to carry out thorough washing. On expiry of washing cycle hot air drying along with spinning action effectively dry the components. Wash & Rinse options are available. Different sizes of baskets vis a vis different models are manufactured.

Applications:

Problem	:	Different machined castings were required to be washed in a simple economic washing machine. Drying after washing was necessary.
Solution	:	All the different parts configuration was studied and universal fixture / basket was designed keeping the component safe from abrasion and Centrifugal force. Jets were located in all directions to cover all the cavities, holes or difficult approaches. Variable Frequency Drive to select different rotating speeds was incorporated. In a short cycle, cleaning & hot air drying of components was achieved to match desired quality in washing.
