Rotary Separator

Rotary Separator is used in Pre-Cleaning Section for Separate large and Small Size impurities.
Operation Rotary Separator Consist of a Sieve box enclosed in steel housing, suspended and swinging freely on four sets of rods. The Sieve are Cleaned by rubber balls. The material to be Separated falls freely through the inlet on to Coarse Screen when used as an intake Separator the Screen removes Course impurities such as straw string and stone. When used in the screen room it removes maize, Peas and any impurities too fine to have been removed on intake. Separator Second deck Sieve removes broken, kernels, sand and other impurities.
