MXB series rotary joint is designed in non-touching sealing style with the latest multi-mini-spring compensation mechanism. It has been highly recognized in rubber, plastic, leather, textile and coating industries, etc.
1.The Shell is made of precision aluminum casting alloy with attractive and smooth appearance.
2. Two high-precision bearings are used to support the entire shell for a good coaxality, which enables to run stably at a high speed for a long time. Used balanced seal method, it guarantees a long running life. Besides, its dry running capability avoids the possible damage of the rotary joint caused by the operation without the medium.
3. Used multi-mini-spring compensation mechanism and full flow area design lowers the pressure drop, hence it avoids the spring being corroded and prolongs the service life. The main seal face is designed with SIC hard alloy and excellent quality carbon graphite rings for an effective sealing and abrasion resistance.
4. The shell body is designed with an oil nipple, enables to fill lubricating grease in the bearings regularly. Multi-scupper is designed, so maintenance measures can be taken in due time in case of leakage to prevent the medium flowing inside the bearings and cause damage.
5. Disassembled-type shell makes it possible to replace the internal sealing parts rather than shutting down the machine. It is easy to check and maintain to minimize the economic loss caused by non-operation of the machine.
