This testing system is easy to be operated, and widely be used in laboratory and production line. In the production line, it could perform the first article inspection (FAI), sample inspection and all-rotor inspection, by which the production of the faulty rotors can be controlled effectively. Therefore, the working efficiency and product quality can be improved efficiently.
Components: The testing system is composed of industrial PC(IPC), master unit, drive motor and test bench. The IPC is the main human-machine interaction media, used for sampling and analyzing data as well as entering the testing conditions. Each component works together to achieve the automatic test and data analyzing.
Testing principle: the rotor tester is equipped with sensor for special purpose. The sensor is able to collect signal and magnify then display in the form of waveform when the rotating rotors close to the sensor. It could judge the aluminum filling quality as to the testing requirements that has been set.
