Metal Round Bars for Industrial

The round bars are made from ingots and are processed after giving required reduction ratio and discarding hot top and bottom for homogeneity. They are either processed by hot rolling or hot forging. These bars are further heat treated by

• Annealing
• Normalizing
• Stress Relieving
• Quenching and Tempering
• Spheroidizing Annealing

They are also offered in bright condition by 

• Peeling and Reeling (for upto 120mm for rolled)
• Cold drawing (for upto 65mm)
• Proof machining (greater than 120mm)
• Finish CNC machining
