Used for irrigating row crops, fresh vegetables, potatoes, vineyards, orchards and greenhouse applications.Ideal for long irrigation laterals particularly in cotton, banana and sugar cane plantations.

Main Features:

  • Contains a turbulent flow emitter inseparably welded to the inside wall of the tube at different spacing.
  • Its Labyrinth type emitter features a self-cleaning built-in strainer at its inlet.
  • Its jointless design guarantees longer lateral lengths with uniform emission.
  • Easy mechanical installation and recovery irregardless of crop density.
  • Multi outlet emitter for a more uniform water distribution.
  • Easily buried underground when produced with a special root repellent material that protects it from the closing typically caused by roots.
  • Easy roll-up, storage and re-use season after season.

 
Technical Features:

  • Diameter=16mm
  • Discharge rates= 2 LPH and 4 LPH
  • Emitter spacing is available starting from 20cm up to 100cm at any interval.
  • Recommended filtration is 120 mesh, using a screen or disc filter.

Irrigation of row crops, permanent crops, orchards, vineyards and greenhouse applications.

We market our products under the brand name Bhavani Drip in the Indian market and Ecoflo Irrigation Systems in the international market. Drip/ micro irrigation is the process of giving water directly to the root-zone of the plants. Today, farmers save substantially on expensive fertilizers by efficient fertigation through drip irrigation. This has proven with high yields with better quality. Bhinge Brothers provide expertise in such a drip system that optimises on use of water and fertilizers effectively. With the option of low cost thin walled but yet very dependable driplines, farmers need not rely on government subsidy support and also get encouraged to invest into such systems for larger areas due to quick return on investment.
